The Xinglong Water Conservancy Project, with a dam axis of 2,830 meters, comprises a sluice gate (55 holes), a double-line ship lock, a powerhouse (four turbine units), a fishway, and a bridge. As a supporting project for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's middle route, its core mission is to mitigate the impact of water diversion on the aquatic environment in the middle and lower reaches of the Han River and improve irrigation and navigation conditions.
Recently, WTAU's WTG-H200 radial gate opening meter was installed and debugged at Xinglong Hydropower Station and successfully passed the acceptance inspection.
The Xinglong Hydropower Station is a key component of the national South-to-North Water Diversion Project, a project diverting water from the Yangtze River to the Han River. Its primary mission is irrigation and navigation, with additional power generation. It plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's middle route and improving the ecological environment of the middle and lower reaches of the Han River. The complex operating conditions place high demands on the environmental adaptability, data accuracy, and operational stability of the gate opening measurement equipment.
WTAU's radial gate opening meter utilizes attitude and inclination sensing technology to accurately measure radial gate opening. It offers advantages such as adaptability to complex operating conditions, high total water pressure resistance, ease of installation, high accuracy, and a wide range of adaptability. Previously, this device has been successfully deployed in numerous large-scale water conservancy projects, accumulating extensive practical experience and effectively meeting the requirements of power plants.
