Recently, WTAU's WTZ-A700 overload limiter was successfully applied to a 1000-ton gantry crane at Qingdao Offshore Oil, providing professional safety protection for operations.

The WTZ-A700 lifting capacity limiter is qualified for type testing up to 2500t and strictly adheres to safety regulations for offshore oil and gas lifting equipment. It can adapt to various working conditions, providing a dynamic simulation that intuitively displays the equipment's operating status. It supports external PLCs, smart instruments, frequency converters, and other industrial automation equipment for easy expansion. It also features data backup, multi-level password protection, and a black box fault recording function (upgradeable to workload statistics), and supports SD card data export for convenient management and traceability. The limiter monitors the load in real time using high-precision sensors. When the load reaches the rated value, it triggers an audible and visual warning. When the load exceeds the rated value, it will forcibly cut off the power to the lifting mechanism, preventing the equipment from continuing to lift heavy objects and avoiding overload accidents at the source.
