WTAU's Multi-Tower Crane Anti-Collision System has been Successfully Applied to a High-Altitude Hydropower Station Project in Tibet.

Recently, wtau'S multi-tower crane anti-collision system was successfully accepted in a large-scale hydropower station project in Tibet. This system overcomes the technical limitations imposed on tower crane anti-collision systems by the special high-altitude environment, verifying the stability and reliability of micro-products under extreme operating conditions.

The construction site of this project features numerous tower cranes and frequent overlapping operations. WTAU's systematic solution provided a solid guarantee for the safe and efficient progress of the project, boasting three core advantages:

High-precision BeiDou positioning: The system utilizes BeiDou satellite positioning technology to accurately collect real-time operational data such as tower crane rotation and luffing, enabling reliable feedback and monitoring of location information and providing accurate basis for collision avoidance judgments.

Laser ranging and collision avoidance protection: By installing laser collision avoidance devices, real-time distance monitoring and early warning are achieved between tower cranes and between tower cranes and obstacles, significantly reducing safety risks in overlapping operation areas.

Collaborative operation on different reference planes: The system overcame the technical challenge of tower cranes and gantry cranes not operating on the same plane at the construction site, achieving unified platform management and collaborative collision avoidance for different types and elevations of lifting equipment, effectively ensuring the safety of multiple tower crane operations.

This successful implementation on the plateau provides a mature and reliable solution for addressing the safety management challenges of multiple tower crane operations in various special scenarios such as plateaus, coastal areas, and intensive construction.
