Recently, the customized intelligent overload protection system developed by WTAU, the WTZ-A700 overload limiter, has successfully signed an order with the company, which will build a full-dimensional safety protection network for the heavy lifting equipment of its core shipyard.

The WTZ-A700 overload limiter, a lifting capacity limiter developed by Weite Technology Co., Ltd. and its flagship product, plays a vital role in the safety management of large-scale lifting operations. To meet customer operational needs, the Weite team tailored an integrated, multifunctional overload protection solution that integrates multi-dimensional sensing, three-level protection, and intelligent traceability, along with wind speed sensing.
Powerful Load Capacity and Accurate Monitoring: This device can simultaneously monitor 4-12 load signals, enabling precise handling in both routine scenarios, such as single-hook and double-hook lifting, and complex operations, such as block closure and rollover operations at shipyards, requiring simultaneous monitoring of triple-hook and quad-hook lifting.
Stable Performance in Harsh Environments: The WTZ-A700 operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and can operate stably in humid environments up to 90% RH without condensation. With an IP65 protection rating, it can withstand harsh environments, including open-air operations and high-humidity workshops. Furthermore, the device undergoes rigorous, multi-level instrument testing and quality control verification before shipment, ensuring its stability and reliability.
Convenient Operation and Comprehensive Functionality: Equipped with a 7-inch industrial color touchscreen, it dynamically displays the device's operating status for clear and intuitive operation. The device can also connect to external automation equipment such as PLCs and smart meters. It supports black box fault logging, with data exportable to an SD card for subsequent maintenance and troubleshooting. It can also be upgraded with workload statistics to improve equipment management efficiency.
Wide Application Range: Suitable for all types of large gantry cranes, including large general-purpose gantry cranes (shore and yard cranes), metallurgical cranes, single- and double-girder gantry cranes, loading and unloading cranes, large gantry cranes, dam-top gantry cranes, and cable cranes.
Safety Protection Mechanism: High-precision sensors monitor load weight in real time. When a preset threshold is reached, an early warning signal is issued to alert the operator. If the load exceeds the rated weight, the limiter forcibly disconnects the power to the lifting mechanism, preventing further lifting and preventing overload accidents.
