WTAU's bridge-building machine information monitoring system constructs a comprehensive construction monitoring system: For core load-bearing components such as anchor bolts and hangers, the system can collect and transmit tensile data in real time. When abnormal fluctuations occur in the data, an early warning mechanism is immediately activated to control structural safety hazards at the source. The environmental five-element monitoring module can accurately collect environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and wind speed in the construction area, providing data support for construction organization and scheduling, and ensuring controlled construction safety under special weather conditions. In terms of construction precision control, the system achieves refined management throughout the entire process.
Through high-definition video monitoring of key construction areas, the entire construction process is visualized and monitored. Relying on BeiDou positioning technology, the system can collect bridge-building machine construction posture data in real time, accurately monitor off-center loading, and calibrate construction parameters to ensure construction accuracy meets centimeter-level control requirements. The accompanying 3D modeling digital twin platform can virtually replicate the construction scene, achieving synchronous updates of real-time construction data and virtual models, providing technical support for construction risk prediction and construction plan optimization.
