WTAU's Anchor Windlass Weighing System has been successfully Delivered to a Large Deck Machinery Manufacturing Company in Southeast Asia.

In scenarios such as ship anchoring and offshore construction, traditional anchor winch operations rely on manual judgment, leading to problems such as inaccurate load monitoring and delayed safety warnings, which can easily cause equipment damage or safety accidents. The anchor winch weighing system customized by WTAU boasts three major advantages: "high precision, high reliability, and intelligence."  The system is equipped with WS-ZX pin-type sensors and tension meters, capable of accurately capturing dynamic load changes of the anchor cable, and maintaining stable operation even in extreme temperatures and high humidity environments. With an IP68 protection rating, it can withstand harsh conditions such as seawater corrosion and mechanical shock, making it perfectly suited for the complex environment of maritime operations.

In terms of functional design, the system achieves three core breakthroughs:

1. Real-time monitoring and dual-mode viewing:  Supports intuitive display on an 8-inch LCD screen, allowing operators to remotely synchronize data from the central control cabin and quickly obtain key information such as load weight and anchor cable length.

2. Intelligent early warning and automatic response: When the load exceeds the safety threshold, the system automatically issues an alarm and links with the ship's electrical control system to automatically retract or extend the anchor winch, minimizing the risks of manual operation.
