WTAU recently entered into its first strategic partnership with Saipem, a renowned global leader in offshore engineering based in Italy. Under this agreement, WTAU will supply wire rope inspection and lubrication products for Saipem’s projects in Angola. This collaboration marks the first time the two companies have joined forces and represents another significant breakthrough for WTAU in the West African energy market.

With a presence in the Angolan market spanning approximately 45 years, it stands as one of the most important multinational EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors in the local upstream oil and gas sector. These products will be deployed across the offshore fleet serving Saipem’s Angola project, providing proven intelligent inspection equipment and integrated lubrication and maintenance solutions.
