Recently, WTAU's lidar collision avoidance system and CMS safety monitoring system were implemented on a crane at a shipyard.

WTAU has been deeply involved in the safety management of lifting machinery for many years. Multiple safety management products have been stably applied in various production scenarios of this company, covering key aspects such as equipment operation monitoring and safety early warning. The stable performance of its products has earned continuous customer recognition, making it a long-term trusted safety management partner.
The collision avoidance system uses LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and cameras to monitor vehicles, pedestrians, obstacles, and road boundaries in real time. When a collision risk is detected, it quickly alerts the driver with audible and visual alarms and voice prompts, allowing reaction time and avoiding collision risks at the source. The CMS safety monitoring system comprehensively monitors and stores data on equipment operating parameters and status, providing a reliable basis for equipment maintenance and safety traceability.

The two systems operate in tandem, forming a dual safety guarantee of "proactive early warning + real-time monitoring." This effectively solves the problems of limited operating space and large blind spots for gantry cranes at the terminal, preventing equipment collisions, container damage, and other malfunctions, thus reducing maintenance and cargo damage compensation costs. Simultaneously, it addresses safety risks arising from dense pedestrian and vehicle traffic, fast-paced operations, and personnel fatigue or inattention, effectively ensuring personal safety and improving operational efficiency.
WTAU will continue to respond to customer needs with professional technology, helping enterprises achieve synergistic development of safety and production.
