As a leading enterprise in the automotive industry, GAC Toyota has extremely high requirements for the safety, efficiency, and intelligence of equipment operation and maintenance in its production and operations. Since its implementation at GAC Toyota, the WTAU intelligent vehicle operation and maintenance platform has provided a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of GAC Toyota's vehicle equipment with its professional services and high-quality technology, effectively reducing equipment failure rates, improving production efficiency, and injecting momentum into GAC Toyota's high-quality development. The successful acceptance of the second phase project is a full affirmation of WTAU's strength and service quality by GAC Toyota and the best testament to the results of the cooperation between the two parties. At the critical juncture of the second phase project acceptance, the two parties decisively signed the fourth phase intelligent operation and maintenance project, a decision that embodies deep trust. For WTAU, this trust is not only an honor but also a weighty responsibility.

Since their initial collaboration in 2022, the projects have covered GAC Toyota's first-line stamping workshop, first-line forming workshop, and fifth-line stamping workshop. WTAU has already implemented intelligent operation and maintenance solutions for multiple workshops and scenarios in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Currently, the project between WTAU and GAC is progressing smoothly. Phase I and Phase II have been completed and accepted, and the system is functioning stably in workshop production management. Phase III is progressing according to plan and is expected to be completed and accepted by the end of this year. The newly signed Phase IV project will build upon the core functions of the previous platform, adding predictive maintenance analysis capabilities for equipment failures, thereby improving inherent equipment safety and maintenance efficiency. This project is expected to officially commence at the end of this year.

The WTAU Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Trains is not a single-function monitoring tool, but a customized intelligent safety assurance solution for equipment tailored to the production characteristics of manufacturing workshops. In addition to basic train operation data monitoring, the platform also adds personalized monitoring items such as wheel wear and wire rope wear, accurately focusing on key wear points during train operation and reducing the risk of equipment failure from the source.

The Weite Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Cranes comprises four main systems:

1. A data management and video monitoring system that collects and stores real-time data such as lifting weight and location. Combined with video monitoring, it provides comprehensive real-time monitoring and recording of the lifting area and system, facilitating on-site review and promoting efficient management.

2. A wire rope online detection system that accurately identifies and warns of damage such as broken wires and wear.

3. A comprehensive operation and maintenance platform that centrally displays multi-line data and integrates maintenance plans and inspection reminders.

4. A wheel hub wear monitoring system that allows setting usage thresholds for equipment wheel hubs. When the wear reaches the threshold, the system alarms, reminding maintenance personnel to schedule maintenance.

Weite will continue to deepen its technological expertise, focusing on the automotive manufacturing industry, providing superior solutions to help automakers improve production and operation efficiency, promote high-quality development, and offer valuable solutions for the intelligent upgrades of more enterprises.
