Recently, the Weite Wind Constant Tension Monitoring System was successfully applied to the "Changyan No. 1", providing technical support for the Jinghe waterway regulation and revetment reconstruction project in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
The water flow in the waters of the Jinghe River is fast, the underwater working conditions are complex, and there are hidden dangers of tension in the ship's anchor machine operation. Based on the actual needs of the ship, Weite has developed a dedicated lifting safety solution and installed a winch constant tension monitoring system for the "Changyan No. 1".
The constant tension monitoring system of the Weite winch has reliable measurement accuracy and a large measuring range. It can be stably applied in harsh outdoor environments. The system is easy to install, lightweight, and can effectively adapt to the swing of the wire rope and has a low wear rate. At the same time, it supports real-time monitoring next to the winch and remote viewing of the tension data of each winch in the central control cab to achieve centralized management.
Once the system was installed and debugged, it was recognized by customers. The captain said that the Weite system has important reference significance for the positioning and safety of their construction ships.
After the installation was completed, the Weite engineers also carried out free testing of the wire ropes on the modified ship with the wire rope online detection system. In view of the problem of easy scratching of the wire ropes during underwater operations, professional monitoring and diagnosis opinions were issued to further ensure the safety of ship operations.
Weite makes lifting operations safer and management more efficient. In the future, it will continue to deepen its efforts and provide reliable safety solutions for more engineering construction.
