During a crane hoisting operation, if the two hooks of the crane are not aligned, the crane can experience a skewed lift, a significant safety risk. A single misstep can easily lead to serious consequences, such as falling objects or the crane tipping over. Furthermore, skewed lifting increases the risk of equipment wear and damage, shortening its service life. Adjusting the lifting angle requires more time, reducing operational efficiency. The positioning system measures the deviation of hooks on both sides in real time, supporting one-to-one, one-to-many (such as positioning of overhead cranes, trolleys, and hooks), and many-to-many mutual distance measurement modes. This solution offers high reliability and strong real-time performance, making it suitable for various lifting equipment applications.
