System Overview:

The digital control room of the platform's intelligent precision weighing system consists of a container control room, hydraulic station, control valve box, jacks, weight sensors, operating console, control computer, switch, and data centralized control slave station. It is used to quickly develop scientific and rational weighing plans and complete high-precision weighing operations. It provides the hydraulic power required by the weighing jacks, intelligently controls their ascent and descent, collects and analyzes weighing data, calculates weight and center of gravity in real time, analyzes system safety, and monitors the entire weighing process on-site by collecting and analyzing data from various sensors. It provides real-time alarms for abnormalities or failures.

1.3D Visualization of Pile Legs: The main interface displays the data volume of the pile legs at the weighing site. Before weighing, a form of pile leg coordinate parameters can be imported to configure the leg layout.

2.3D Visualization Interface Navigation Bar: The navigation bar above the main interface provides switching between related functional interfaces such as 3D visualization, weighing status, and network configuration. It displays the coordinates of the center of gravity of the offshore equipment, the total weighed weight, and the tilt of the offshore equipment during the weighing process.

3.Automatic Fault Diagnosis: The system provides automatic fault diagnosis functions, including jack overload, weight sensor overload, and communication module signal loss.

4.Pile Leg Data Display: The main interface displays the total weight and displacement of each pile leg at the weighing site and provides the ability to print and export weighing data.

5.Weighing Operation Buttons: Software buttons compatible with the existing operation interface are designed on the right side of the main interface to control the weighing process, including weighing preparation, initialization, pre-lifting, lifting, and lowering.
