Utilizing a comprehensive spectral diagnostic method for fault diagnosis, the system integrates various time-frequency domain analysis techniques, effectively addressing the challenges of extracting fault features from low-frequency, wide-range data, dynamic data, and non-linear, unstable conditions. 2. Misoperation recovery: Installs a local server-based top drive safety predictive maintenance system, recording driller's console operations 24 hours a day, once per second, facilitating responsibility allocation, misoperation tracing, and operational correction.
3. Intelligent learning system: Learns from fault experience, building a database to solidify the experience of professional personnel, continuously improving with increased user base and time, completely solving the problem of lacking solutions for equipment failures.
4. Predictive equipment maintenance: The expert team possesses mature drilling equipment technology and multiple patents. Combining vibration algorithms with PLC parameters, it improves the accuracy of fault prediction.
5. Fault alarm processing: Real-time life cycle monitoring, anomaly early warning, quantitative display of damage degree and trend, precise positioning of damage location, and accurate identification of damage type.
