In June this year, the WTAU installed two winch constant tension monitoring systems for the "Changyan One" engineering ship. After the equipment was put into use, it accurately collected tension data, stable operating status and clear visual interface, effectively solving the problems of lagging monitoring data and complicated operation. While reducing labor costs, it also built a solid line of defense for operation safety and was recognized by the project party.
With the advancement of the Jinghe waterway improvement and bank protection reconstruction project in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the demand for the coverage of tension monitoring has increased. The project party once again chose WTAU and added 6 winch constant tension monitoring systems.
The installation and commissioning stage was in high temperature. In order to ensure that the equipment was put into use as scheduled, WTAU's service engineers worked closely with the crew on "Changyan 1": the crew assisted WTAU's service engineers to accurately locate the installation points and transport equipment with their familiarity with the ship's operating environment; both sides jointly overcome the hot weather, efficiently promote installation, debugging and other work, and successfully complete the equipment installation, ensuring that the system serves employment needs in a timely manner.
The project manager said that the secondary cooperation not only comes from the equipment performance meeting actual needs, but also thanks to the timely service response of WTAU, providing strong support for project promotion. In the future, WTAU will continue to deepen its technology and provide reliable solutions for more projects to help enterprises operate safely and efficiently.
