The dynamic weighing management system is based on the balance relationship between motor power and load torque, and integrates the transient response of the load sensor to achieve accurate measurement statistics and safety protection during the dynamic loading and unloading process of the crane, solving the problem of low efficiency of traditional measurement statistics, improving  loading and unloading efficiency by 8% and logistics efficiency by 30%.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The weighing management platform consists of five management modules: system management, real-time monitoring, operation management, statistical reports, and parts management. It can run stably under Windows and Linux systems. To facilitate mobile management, the system has developed a smartphone app.


Real-time monitoring manages data from several dimensions, including ship operation progress, crane operation volume, and crane real-time status. The system can use overview and sub-view modes to display the operation progress of each cabin of the ship in port, the overall progress, and the real-time operation volume of each operation gantry crane. The system can perform statistics from dimensions such as operation volume, energy consumption, number of operations, number of alarms, and operation time, and export reports. It can calculate the operation efficiency, provide a basis for improving the efficiency of production management, or provide reference data for the performance evaluation of operators.

JD-180 crane angle sensor consists of a potentiometer and a pendulum, which can be installed on the crane boom. The angle of the boom to the ground is measured by the weight driving the potentiometer to rotate and output the corresponding voltage value.


This angle sensor has the characteristics of stable performance, high reliability and simple installation

The BH plate ring weight sensor is installed between the load-bearing fixed rope and the fixed connection on the lifting rope, replacing the original shaft pin installation. There are two shaft pin holes at both ends of the sensor, one end is installed on the crane lifting lug or clamp ring, and the other end is connected to the wire rope.


The BH plate ring weight sensor is suitable for wire rope tension measurement.
