The WSM-AS Gate Opening (Height) and Load Monitor is an automated measurement and control instrument specifically designed to measure, display, and control the lifting weight and opening (height) of hoisting equipment—such as gate hoists, gantry cranes, and overhead cranes. This instrument is also referred to as a Gate Height and Load Monitor, Integrated Hoist Monitoring Instrument, or Hydropower Station Gantry Crane Opening and Load Monitor.


The WSM-AS Gate Opening (Height) and Load Monitor enables the digitization of load weight and height (opening) indications, as well as the automation of control functions for hoisting equipment; it is particularly suitable for monitoring winch-type gate hoists requiring the simultaneous monitoring of two weight channels and one height channel.


**Monitoring Accuracy:** Measurement Range: Gate opening 0–99.99 meters (with a display resolution of 0.01 meters/1 cm); Weight: 0–999.9 tons. The system supports configurable standard 4–20 mA analog outputs and RS485 communication, and can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 control signal outputs.
